Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. This Ground Floor 3 Bedroom 2 Bath with a private patio. Getting to the beach or pool has never been easier. You will love the private beach access.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sofa, loveseat and armchair around the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide access to your private patio. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus twin bunks. The third bedroom has a queen bed. A full guest bathroom features a shower. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). **Beach service for 2024 is undetermined at this time due to possible changes to beach service vending. There will definitely be chairs and umbrellas available to use - it just may not be through a beach vendor. We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door. With multiple units available to rent many families and sports teams book with us so that they can all stay nearby.

We are a family-friendly community – you must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

  We have been coming to the Nautilus in Fort Walton for over 20 years. We love the beach and the area. Not as busy as Destin but close enough that you can visit if that is what you are looking for. The pool is great for the younger aquatics when the waves are crashing on the beach.

  Starting off the vacation we had a couple problems that aren't even worth mentioning because Melissa, the manager, promptly took care of. The biggest con of 1102 is the sand dune that blocks the view of the ocean, but being on the ground floor, you can literally be standing in the Gulf of Mexico in 30 seconds from exiting the unit. Location was excellent, beach service was a HUGE plus, and compared to the other condos, our area for the beach was the least crowded during fall break. This will be our first of many trips to Ft. Walton Beach!

  It was great.The condo did indeed have every amenity. We packed way to much just in case stuff! All you need is your own personal toiletries and groceries!The only complaint I have is low water pressure in master shower and it could've been cleaned a little wasn't filthy, just looked like a job done quickly. But we swept it up and wiped it down, not worth calling maintenance over. We would definitely stay again.

  We have stayed at nautilus condominiums quite a few times in the past several years! Condo’s are descent, nothing fancy! Cleanliness could be better! Staff is always accommodating until this past winter season here! My two sons and I rented two condos for three months! My one son had to leave early due to work... he still had several days in condo before date to check ou! With out getting into every little thing and boring you... house keepers were giving permission to go ahead and clean his condo... well not only did they clean his condo they threw his blanket awY which was a very sentimental to him as well as to me... took his change and two phone chargers and a few clothes! And nothing was done about it! So we will never stay at Nautilus ever again!

  Our go to spot hen our family meets coming from far and wide. the units are excellent, fully equipped and of coarse right on the beach and gulf. The staff always trying to make sure all is well and offering up spots to check out in the area. The barbeque area is always at least one of our meal arrangements. Just a great spot all our family feel so comfortable at the Nautilus--make sure you book through the Nautilus Office-- they insure all the units are in great clean condition

  Doing a lot of work on outside of condo dust blowing around I was told it was toxic stuck in condo for an hour dust and dirt on our vehicle was never notified to move vehicle didn't clean up outside of the condo. tracking dirt in this was our 4th visit always enjoyed our stay
