Unit 1203 is a gorgeous, second floor, updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Gulf Front Condo. Enjoy Spectacular Beach views from the huge 200 + Square Foot balcony. This second floor unit makes you feel like you are right on the beach! Weekly rentals enjoy free beach chairs and umbrella during the March to October season. This condo is totally updated with Tile floors, granite countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms, Stainless appliances, New furniture including 2 queen mattresses in guest bedroom, 3 flat screen TV's, and all tastefully decorated.

From the comfort of the huge balcony, you will love watching the sunrise and seeing dolphins playing in the Gulf. At night, let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep....This is the perfect vacation!

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sofa and 3 chairs.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks, and a shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds. A full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door.

We are a family-friendly community – you must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours.,

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

  Oh my goodness, this condo was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and an infant. We had a smaller size pack and play for our granddaughter to nap/sleep in which fit in the main bathroom. We brought a monitor along so we could close the door and hear her from the deck and bedrooms when she woke up. It was very clean, updated and so close to the pool and beach! Having a full kitchen was wonderful so we could cook a couple of meals. The laundry was also a huge plus! Ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable. The balcony provided and great place to hang out with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. We even watched the fireworks from the pier one evening. Two additional family members that stayed close by were able to hang out with us in the evenings in the family room. It was cozy and felt like home! I highly recommend the Nautilus and especially this unit. If we are blessed to visit this area again, I will rent this same space. The communication from management was spot on!   The only negative is the fine print on toilet paper and trash bags. Bring your own because two rolls per unit goes pretty darn quick.

  The apartment was nicely equipped. The patio furniture was perfect for early morning beach gazing while enjoying a good book. Easy access to beach. No room keys to keep track of, each unit door has a number code! The whole complex was at the end of a complete remodel. There were some repairs still ongoing but none of them interfered with our stay. The new paint, banister railings, decking, etc looks great! Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable and corrected any issues quickly!

  We are truly enjoy our stay. This unit has a nice living room setting just like you see in the picture, and plenty of towels in both bathrooms. This property was clean. After we check-in, we found out that we having a toilet plumbing issue in the in master bedroom. We called the office on the emergency phone number that posted on the door, it was after hours. The management sent the maintenance to our unit shorty after that. The management provided us such a good service other than that everything was great. We will definitely be back again.
