  We had a fantastic 6 night stay here for a family spring break with my wife and our two boys (6 & 4 years old). Perfectly sized condo for a family of 4 with young kids and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! Unit was in great condition and the property is well maintained overall with a very helpful staff. The beach speaks for itself and the beach service is definitely a huge plus. We spent our days lounging on the beach and soaking up the sun, and spent our nights either checking out different spots around FWB/Destin or simply enjoying some more quality family time in the condo and eating in/grilling out (3 community charcoal grills for use if you are a big grilling fanatic like me!). Only possible compliant I have is the pool is stuck in the shade with where it is located, which made it cold for the kids given the time of the year (mid-March), but let's be honest we came for the beach and not the pool. Overall it was an incredible stay and I'm sure we will be back again next year for our 3rd year in a row!

  The view is hard to beat. A short walk to the beach and chair rentals. We actually rented kayaks for an hour, although we thought it was a little overpriced, it was so much fun. The condo was easy to access and was ready pretty early which was really nice. The fire alarm did go off at 1am from a faulty something and was REALLY loud. Overall, the view and location really made it the best.

  We discovered a beautiful piece of Florida that we didn’t know existed. The temperatures are not as warm as lower Florida, but that was okay with us. The beach has the whitest sand we have ever seen. The location of this unit is perfect for eating out, shopping and golfing. Our unit was clean, the kitchen is well stocked, but the living room furniture could be up grated. A little table would have been nice on the balcony also. The staff at Nautilus are fantastic, friendly and always willing to help.

  Amazing! From day one communication was on point and always answered. The rental was clean and stocked. There was an abundance of linens and towels, loved having a toaster oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker! More than I expected. The room could use updates with paint and other touch ups, but we weren't on FWB for the room. The beach was clean and beach service was always ready to go by 9am, the pool was clean and had water toys/floaties for people. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
  The only negative would be the noise outside of our room from the neighbors in 1206. The first group of renters were fighting the first night and we could hear everything going on until about 10pm. The next set of renters were in and out of their room at 7am slamming doors and running around. The dunes, which are not to be walked on, had people on them almost daily. It is in the paperwork given by the condo AND posted by the walkways, yet people were still crossing them! Sorry, I had to tell people to stay off of them!

  Had a great visit to Ft. Walton Beach, this condo made it possible. Location was perfect, clean, amenities as described, staff was helpful. Hope to rent from Nautilus in the future.

  I always enjoy staying at Nautilus. This particular unit had a small issue with mold growth on items in the kitchen (display items). Also, unlike other units I have stayed in, the kitchen was bare / minimally stocked — that is on the owners I assume. Cell service on the island is poor but not sure that can be helped. Pool area could use a few optional umbrellas for shade!! Overall, the location can’t be beat and the staff are great at Nautilus :)

  The Nautilus seems like one of the older condos in the area. Our unit could’ve used a little TLC. Although, the views were beautiful, it would’ve been nice to have some screens in the windows or sliding door so that we could’ve heard the ocean at night. The pool was nice and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a very nice getaway!

  My wife and I were supposed to go to Miami for a getaway for the two of us. But because of hurricane Irma, literally at the baggage check in at the air port we decided to change plans and rented a car and came to Destin and stayed at nautilus. What a great change of plans for sure. The accommodations were great and we were so glad to have gotten to stay there.

  This was the third time I've stayed with Nautilus. Great place, helpful and friendly staff, easy to book the condo through the website, and very clean. I stay in a different condo each time, this time condo 1205 was very clean and nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. Highly recommend staying here. My fourth stay is already booked.
