Sitting here embracing the peaceful healing power of the waves, I am reminded that after seeing what the world has to offer, this place has it all. Our family has been in this area ( Ft. Walton/Destin Fl.) for decades. We love the fun of hustle and bustle but when we want our time of focus to be uninterrupted, we come here, this place of perfection. This third floor end unit has two king size beds/two full bathrooms with a gorgeous gulf front beach view with all the amenities from a fully stocked kitchen and newly remodeled space throughout. Because this is an end unit, there is a wrap-around balcony. The staff is family friendly with an approachable smile and the beach guys take your time very seriously.

With world class restaurants and family recreation just minutes away, the best of both worlds at Okaloosa Island located between Ft Walton and Destin’s Crab Island, give the short daily excursions anticipation of new discoveries. From the Destin Commons to Ali’s Bistro go left or right to enjoy your desires. Many who have stayed here enjoy the view, from the large balcony that can host those you invite to absorb the world class view of the sugar sand white beach and the music of the waves as they ebb and flow. Watching the children play as their memories are created bringing back yours as if it were yesterday. No matter where you are, one would be amiss not choose this paradise as a destination of choice. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

CONSTRUCTION. Nautilus cannot predict construction plans in the area and therefore cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from or related to construction in the area. No refunds can be given in the event of construction nearby the rental property. Please note that if you come in the slower season there is more of a chance that construction may be going on and our lower rates reflect that.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

  I am a sunchaser who loves sunrises and sunsets. This was the perfect condo to experience both! The sunrise from the bedroom and the sunset from the Balcony. I shared a few concerns with the property manager and they were quick to address my concerns. The only additional recommendation is to consider getting some chairs with backs for the kitchen table or bar. As a senior Citizen, it was not comfortable sitting in either spot. Overall, the condo is very relaxing and comfortable.

  Let me begin with how amazing it was to have the Nautilus GM Melissa to communicate with concerning this rental! I am a huge fan of good customer service, and she was exceptional!!
  I had prayed to find the perfect location for our Anniversary Trip. This condominium was truly an answer to my prayers!! It is, and has everything you could wish for...first of all, it has a view of the water from the living room and the master bedroom!! You can wake up in the morning to a sunrise and the waves crashing on the beach from the bedroom, or watch the sunset from the balcony just outside the living room. What is even more incredible is that you can do both of these things from either place because your balcony is huge and accessible to both!
  The comforts of 1306 are almost too numerous to name. I felt like it was my own home away from home. The kitchen is well appointed with cookware, utensils, blender, and a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and baths. The master bath shower is beyond amazing! The 2nd bedroom has a balcony also that faces the parking area.
  There is also a washer/dryer combo across from the kitchen to wash small loads of clothes when needed. I felt safe at all times inside and outside of the condo. One of the most pleasant surprise was when I opened the door on the balcony to find anything we could have wanted for beach use! An umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more!! I have fallen in love with 1306!!! This is just the good stuff inside the condo! When you venture out, you can swim in the heated pool, or walk over the short walkway to the beautiful white sand beach! Which is pure heaven!! We spent 4 days on the beach from 8:00am to 6:00pm, the location to our condo made it easy to duck in for a bite and head back out! When you come in from the beach, there is a shower and place to rinse your beach gear, which is awesome! I am thankful that God answered our prayer and brought

  We were looking to spend the week with our grandkids and picked this unit because of the balcony and its third floor location. We were very pleased with the decor and all the little things like a kitchen with several cooking utensils, wide range of pillows, lots of hangers, and our favorite was a balcony closet full of beach toys and chairs. Cable tv was available also. The management went above and beyond to help in anyway we asked and my grandkids loved the pool.

  We arrived in the early morning hours and parked at the public access located right next door to the Nautilus. We enjoyed sunrise and was in the office at 9am. They were kind enough to give us a parking pass and access to beach service although we were early! The unit wasn’t ready until slightly before 4pm but it was a perfect day. Our unit had everything plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The sheets on one bed were not clean but the office gave us clean ones and apologized. We did have to buy more dishwasher and laundry pods, one for each day of stay would be a nice touch. There was plenty of furniture on the balcony and the view couldn’t be better! We love the Nautilus and will be back!

Cheryl manager and staff kept us informed and safe.Got lots of wind and rain, MBR patio door leaked we used towels and mop to get water up. Electricity out for 2 days, AC for 4.   Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out. Ladies in the management office were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived around 2:30 and our condo was ready although official check-in wasn’t until 4:00. The condo was everything we hoped it would be. Gorgeous view from the large balcony and very peaceful also. As mentioned in other reviews the master bedroom does get quite warm however waking up with 2 walls of windows overlooking the beach was well worth it. Beach service was fantastic and Evan went above and beyond to not only take care of the vacationers but also the beach itself. We will definitely be returning.

I don’t feel the need to search for another condo, I try and visit Fort Walton at least once a year and will continue to choose Nautilus. When arriving late Linda is great with taking care of you and making sure you have your code to the condo. Highly recommend Nautilus to everyone, in fact my aunt stayed there in June.   Lovely view from the balcony! The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The whole place needs a little updating. The sliding doors were very loud and didn't slide well. The screen was torn on one door and the railings had a lot of chipped paint concrete on the walls were crumbling but if you can overlook the little things it was very nice. The view was fantastic we spent alot of time on the balcony when we weren't on the beach or enjoying nearby Destin. I would recommend!!

    Hi Donna, Thank you for the nice review and yes I agree with you that our building is old and needs some work. As of right now the owners are all working together to find ways to get the building repairs done and replacing sliding doors and railing. Hope to see you again Linda

  The location is perfect, the units are clean and the staff is friendly. It is an older property so it has lost a little bit of it's sparkle but this is our second visit and I would definitely stay there again.

  A very good experience. The location is great. You would be hard pressed to find a better beach front area. The condo was clean and inviting. The property in general was clean and kept. There was a fresh water rinse area when coming from the beach. There are two changes I would make: 1) Provide a topper for the pullout couch(un sleepable). We were six people. Luckily we were family so three slept in the king and one on the couch, with the other two in the queen. 2) I would have liked to have some of the basics or make it more clear on what is kept there, such as sugar, coffee filters, etc. I only mention this because this was provided at other rentals. The dishwasher and laundry soap was provided.

  Great location and beach, but property could use a little TLC. Paint chipping off all the railing, and chipped and rusting walls. A few guys would a few buckets of paint (inside and out)could do this place wonders... Just expecting a little more for the price I paid.

  The Nautilus and cond 1306 was exactly as described. Couldn't ask for a better view from the balcony. Loved the pool area. Overall perfect place and location.Would definitely stay again.
