Nautilus Unit 1402

Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is the first thing you see upon entering this 4th Floor Unit Condo, 1BR/1.5 BA unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your private balcony. Getting to the water has never been easier. You will love the private beach access.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sofa and chair.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks, and a shower. There is also a half bath. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedroom include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door. With multiple units available to rent many families and sports teams book with us so that they can all stay nearby.

No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

  Nautilus Management was wonderful and very accommodating. The condo itself had a wonderful view and was clean but could use some major updating. Having beach chair service was a huge plus. The building itself was quiet and everything was easy to access from it. Not a lot of restaurant options within walking distance but pretty much everything you need within a short drive.

  Excellent location. Less crowded on beach. But owners need to provide enough seating in these condos for at least 4 people. Also never enough towels when you get 3 for 2 people? Really? Have at least 2 per person! Ther than that cant omplain.

  2nd time staying at Nautilus, vacation was great and so was the room. You can tell they put extra money on the bedroom usually takes me a night or two to get comfortable with the mattress but i slept great from the first night. Location is great close to everything we wanted.

  We had a very pleasant stay. The gulf front view is fantastic. Can’t get any better. The condo is comfortable but could use some updates like new living room furniture. Couch gets uncomfortable when sit very long. Balcony furniture would be better if taller chairs and table because railing obstructs the view with current ones. Very well stocked. Customer service was awesome. Although it was off season we were able to enjoy the pier and dine in Destin. It was the perfect time for us to come.   Absolutely beautiful 3 day fall get away! Condo was clean with plenty of towels, etc. ( one thing needed in the kitchen is a pizza pan ( I had to cook market pizza on foil!) Everyone very courteous and nice! Even with renovations going on- there was no inconvenience! And the view is just amazing and worth it all!

  Good location, great beach, nice to have the beach chair setups, good parking. Overall the condo was acceptable. Good layout, nice TV, comfortable bed. Could have used some TLC, fresh paint, and a few upgrades. Only one chair on the balcony. Kitchen a hodge-podge of cheap utensils. Curtain rod pulled away from the wall in master. No offer/ effort by office to replace chair or fix curtain. Otherwise it was fine.

  My wife and I stayed here for our 10yr anniversary. We rented a 1 bedroom condo and were not disappointed. The room would actually room 2-4 guests with the pullout couch if necessary. As soon as we walked into the room we could smell how clean it was. The view of the beach and the easy access was great. We are already planning another trip to Fort Walton and staying at The Nautilus Condos with our kids.

  Our stay was ok but not great for what we paid. Talked with some other folks that rented in the same location and found that they were able to get there accommodations cheaper and they had bigger units than ours. Feel like we paid a lot of money for a one-bedroom unit we had issues with the refrigerator for two days we were not able to use it because it wasn't cold. We went to management several times and we're told that the refrigerator was cold it was not every time we got a drink out it was lukewarm. We had to keep all of our cold items in a cooler for 2 days. It never really did get cold our entire stay. There was an additional bar refrigerator that did not work either it leaked all over the floor and caused my wife to slip on the tile and fall. The bed in the couch had so little support you could feel the springs underneath you while you were sleeping very uncomfortable. I feel like the unit was clean but could use some updating. The elevator was slow and broken more than it was working we had to carry all of our stuff up and down from the beach several times because it was either not working or someone was stuck in it.

  This was an excellent property! Very clean, very well furnished with a great location and beautiful view directly on the beach (4th floor). Elevators and stairs make it a daily accessible. Beach chairs and beach umbrella were included in our stay. Easy drive to good selection of restaurants and shops.
