  I have been going to Ft. Walton Beach for the past 15 years. We love The Nautilus! I won’t stay elsewhere now! I have even begged all of my beach friends to give it a try. They have already booked for September. They have the best staff. Short walk to all of the amenities. Unit was well equipped and very comfortable. I plan on booking again for September. I’m afraid of heights so it’s perfect where I don’t get scared, the large balcony make you feel right at home!!   Great trip, our unit was clean for the most part. The 2nd bathroom shower drain was very slow the water did not go out properly. Also the top of the shower was falling down, it needs attention. The furniture in the 2nd bedroom was falling apart. The head boards on the bed were not attached. Needs new furniture in the 2nd bedroom.

  Pros: What a gorgeous view from this unit! The balcony is expansive and very private, with again, amazing views of the gulf as its gulf-front facing. The kitchen is well-equipped and has almost everything you need for your stay except for ice as the ice maker wasn't working and the fridge had no water or ice. The rental staff was spectacular and extremely helpful! Cons: The front door lock sticks and we had trouble getting in. We finally realized we had to listen for the deadbolt and then we were fine the remainder of our time there. The beds were not the most comfortable and one of the twin beds had a vomit-like stain on the mattress liner which hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. All in all, it’s a great unit as far as a location but the hodgepodge of updates is strange. Hopefully, they will complete the renovation and/or updates to the unit prior to next season.

  This rental is perfect! Really nice decorating and furniture. The furniture and carpet (in bedrooms) were VERY clean also. The furniture was also very comfortable, two chairs are recliners. This condo has Storm doors and windows! (Perfect protection that we experienced during Hurricane Sally!) The rental office is amazing as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pans, dishes, silverware. New washer & Dryer, icemaker in kitchen, dishwasher. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. Very nice linens on beds. Really nice balcony with lots of nice comfortable chairs, chase loungers, and table for 4. Also beach toys and an umbrella in outdoor chest. We prefer the Beachfront with full view so that's a good reason to choose this condo as well. The pool is very nice and large. 2 Beach chairs & umbrella were set up & provided with condo. It was also Covid cleaned prior to our arrival. We highly recommend this condo! The property management is great also.

  Pretty good stay. Had a problem with the washer ( had cold & hot water lines reversed). The garbage disposal didn’t work. The washer problem was fixed. Enjoyed the ice machine. Views were great.   We really enjoyed our stay in unit 1404. The balcony is a great size with a great view, although no view of sunrise or sunset from there. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. and we particularly enjoyed the built-in ice maker and blender for making drinks. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are nice. The one complaint we had was that the beds weren't the most comfortable. The umbrella/chair service was such a nice amenity. We loved how close restaurants are both in Ft. Walton and Destin- highly recommend AJ's on the Bayou and Crab Trap in Ft. Walton and The Back Porch and Donut Hole in Destin. Can't wait to plan our trip back here!

  Our rental was great. Clean and well maintained. Our view from the balcony was fantastic. We could hear the waves all night long. Property was well maintained. One of the elevators quit working but was fixed the next day. They provide plenty of carts for loading and unloading (this has not been my experience at many other places). It was nice to have office staff there during the day. The only things I would change about the facility would be the location of the pool and to add a workout room. The location is great, about 5 or so minutes from Destin and just down the road from publix.
