Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your private balcony of this 5th Floor End Unit Condo, 2BR/2 BA unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your huge private wrap around balcony. The 2 bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas, giving privacy for couples or families with children. Getting to the water has never been easier.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sofa bed and arm chair.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. There is also counter seating for 2. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living area. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Two sets of Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks, and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also has a king bed. A full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door.

No smoking is allowed in condos.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

  Beautiful condo with a huge wrap around balcony with the fabulous views of the blue water and the white sandy beach! It is so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and hear the waves! The condo is well furnished and updated! It feels so spacious with the sliding doors also opening out from the master bedroom to the huge balcony. The second bedroom also has sliding doors that open to a “Juliette” balcony overlooking the pool! We loved the sunlight coming through the condo giving the feeling of spaciousness accentuated by the mirrored wall in the living room. We will definitely stay at #1501 again! This is our second stay at the Nautilus Condos. We were not disappointed either time. Staff is very friendly and outgoing. The Nautilus is a short distance to Destin but we found wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. Totally enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend the Nautilus Condos.

  We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and everyone was welcoming. The condo itself needs some maintenance. The elevator was down a couple times, the dryer took forever to dry the clothes, the bifold doors ft
  To the laundry room wouldn't close properly, the doors to the balcony were hard to open & close, the curtains were missing the rods to open & close them, paint was falling off the ceiling in the master bedroom, the shower barely had enough pressure for the shower to come on. Just some things that need attention. We didn't let it ruinp our stay.

  We love staying at the Nautilus, so much so, we have been loyal renters for the past 8 years. The staff is always great and the views are unbeatable. We love being able to go right out to the beach or swim in the pool.
  As for Condo 1501, it was not completely updated even though it said it had been on the website. The stove, microwave, washer, and dryer need to be updated badly. The dryer did not dry our clothes after several cycles. Maybe the heating element is out? The microwave also did not warm food without adding a lot of extra time. The patio furniture was also older and was rusting and very over-used. The seats on all the chairs were very thread-bare and the legs were rusting away so the chairs did not sit evenly. The first picture of the brown furniture is correct (and must be older), the second picture of cream colored patio furniture was not accurate. The sliding glass doors were also VERY heavy and did not open easily. The one off the master bedroom only my husband could open and close. The mattress in the second bedroom was also older and when slept in kind of folded in to the center.
  Overall it was not a bad condo, just needs some updating and TLC. We were there to enjoy the beach and being outside, but it would have been nice to have the other amenities within the condo updated. We will not choose that particular condo again, but we will continue to stay at a different condo within the Nautilus. Our condo was clean, but that is something we have never had an issue with at any of their condos. We also used the outdoor grill for burgers and chicken. We love having the area to be able to do that. We also enjoyed the beach toys available in each condo and we always love being able to use the pool. Thanks for another great vacation.

  Okaloosa Island is one of the best places to stay in that coast line, the white sand beaches are immaculate. But the Nautilus has seen better days. The unit was updated in certain areas but still needed attention in a lot of different ones. Cracks in the walls, ice dispenser didn’t work, dryer wouldn’t heat up to dry (which drove my wife crazy), killed a few cockroaches in the unit and outside, needs new carpet, water drainage issues in different areas of the complex and vacuum looked like it was bought at Goodwill. For the price we paid I just feel like the unit should of been more updated and appealing. When we come back we will prob stay at a different complex on the island.

  This was our first stay at Nautilus. I usually choose a smaller property on Okaloosa Island. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though this property was larger, it was quiet and not overly crowded. I loved the view and the beach chairs! The wrap around balcony was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The sofa was not so much. In unit laundry was a plus. The unit was clean but could use some additional updating. Bring beach towels, a hair dryer and food storage containers.

The unit is very accessible to the office, the beach access walkway and the parking lot...perfect location!! The layout of the condo is good and we had everything we needed. The only downside was the bedroom needs heavy shampooing or replacing. We very much enjoyed our stay!
