Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is the first thing you see upon entering this 5th Floor Unit Condo, 1BR/1.5 BA unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your private balcony. Getting to the water has never been easier. You will love the private beach access.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sleeper sofa and 2 chairs.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. There is also island seating for 2. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks, and a tub/shower combination. There is also a half bath. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedroom include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door. With multiple units available to rent many families and sports teams book with us so that they can all stay nearby.

We are a family-friendly community – you must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

This was my second stay at The Nautilus and once again I was happy and satisfied with my experience. It is located close to a variety of restaurants with amazing food, places to go have tons of fun with family/friends (for example The Track in Destin was only 20-30 minutes away), tons of brochures and information on different activities you can do - parasailing, fishing, and much more. The condo is very clean and well-maintained; the staff are all friendly, helpful, and professional. The environment around the pool, beach, and the condo itself is safe, comfortable, and family-oriented. My first stay at this location, we were not ready to leave so soon - we called to see if we could extend our stay and that process was easy - fortunately we were able to stay 2 extra days. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have children!

The sliding glass door off the living room needs replaced. Maintenance sprayed the track but didn't help. The mattress has a hump in the middle. I flipped it, and was not better. The living room needs a chair. The ice machine was a huge success, we loved.

Wonderful view of ocean from balcony, however, uncomfortable with not cushions like pictures. All in all, stay was wonderful. You could provide more washcloths. I don't like using same cloth every day and you were constantly having to wash towels, cloths, etc.

I stayed with Nautilus for a little over a month on a business/leisure trip. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had. The professionalism was amazing. The condo was beyond expectations. The owners of 1505 were amazing to work with as well. They certainly have done an amazing job with the interior. I really appreciated how the Nautilus team made my experience so personal and peaceful. During these trying times customer service has seemed to go by the wayside. However, I received a very genuine welcome by all members of the Nautilus team. This includes not only the front desk reception teams, but also the maintenance personnel, grounds keepers, and beach side support members. I felt as if I owned the condo and was not just a temporary customer. The condo had all the amenities I could ask for. The beautiful view included a certain warmth that took away the toils of the day. The character of the condo made you feel immediately at peace as you shut the front door and took in the view. Thank you Nautilus with sharing with me your 1505 unit. My requests were immediately addressed, the unit was immaculate, the view was priceless. I will return and enjoy this beauty again.

We love staying at Nautilus when we come to Ft. Walton Beach for vacation. The only complaint I have about this unit is, there is a wall beside the sink that needs to be painted. The window seals needed to be cleaned. These are minor improvements and would not stop me from staying at this property again. Already planning our next vacation.

The condo was in good shape and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The view on the gulf can't be beat. Then only thing I wish was that the pool was on the gulf side of the building and not on the street side.

For the past seven years we have traveled to the Nautilis on ocaloosa island for our spring vacation. The Nautilis employees are always accommodating and friendly. As always, the condo was clean and comfortable. It's location is perfect for a getaway. It's close enough to all the restaurants and activities but far enough away to be relaxing. The provided beach service is second to none thanks to Chandler.

Great location. Easy access to different restaurants and shopping. We have been to the Nautilus three different times. Are planning to return next year. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. The condo its self was clean but needs some updates in furniture. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes and pots and pans.

Our unit 1505 was a very nice unit. Everything was updated. The bed was a little hard but we made due. We were however disappointed in the facility itself. This was our third time visiting in two years and we found it was not up to par. The elevator doors were not working properly and we found it a bit scary. The building looks as though it needs some freshening up. Maybe a paint job and fill in some cracks.

My husband and I had a mini vacation and stayed in 1505. The unit was very clean but there were some things that were outdated and small things that could have been done before we stayed. The table outside did not sit down on all four legs and one of the chairs was broken. My husband almost busted his tail. The screen door was broken and when we came up one afternoon it had blown down. There were blown light bulbs and about 3 out of the 4 clocks in the unit did not work and needed batteries. My biggest concern was one of the elevators kept acting funny. One of the men we ran into staying there said he had reported it. Well my husband and I got stuck on the thing. It got stuck between the floors. It did not work right since and no one ever put an out of order sign up or anything. Lastly, we had a major water leak in our room but I will say the maintenance man was there within an hour and got it fixed. We did enjoy our eventful stay but needs updating!
It was a nice, clean place. Friendly staff.

Very nice place and good prices on rooms. My only complaint was that the pool was out front instead of in the back with an ocean view. But overall a very nice place that I would stay at again.
