🛑 VERY IMPORTANT

 From October 29 until approximately November 14, 2025 we will be replacing the roof. While some construction noise is inevitable, the new roof will be installed using adhesives and applied over a thick concrete deck, which will minimize sound.

From December 8–19, 2025, the ��‍♂️ pool and the �� beach crossover will be temporarily closed for scheduled repairs. However, guests will still have easy beach access ��️ via the public walkway 🚶‍♀️ located just next door to the east—we’ll have a 🚪 gate open to make this route simple and convenient.

The elevator is pretty slow, but everything else being so great, we didn't care. We will be back! We loved Burrito del Sol, Chicago Style Dogs & Beefs, and for an amazing dinner, go eat at Brotula's in Destin... worth the wait! Call Captain Bryan Klein at Sail Away Destin for your private small group cruise, the most fun we had on our trip, he is top notch!!

  This was our first time on Okaloosa Island. The condo was perfect for us! We chose the bigger room because it was our wedding and our room could be used as a meeting point for everyone in town. The balcony was huge! The views were breathtaking. Everyone that stayed with us loved their rooms too. I can honestly say we will be back.

  This condo made our weekend seem much better. It was a cooler and rainy weekend, we were in town for a cheerleading completion and this place was close to where we had to be and the condo is very nice. It felt like home, we will return.

  We absolutely loved this unit 1701. We will ask to stay there again. Very clean, and updated. We had plenty of room, beautiful views of the ocean. My only complaint is the pool over looks the parking lot and not the ocean.

  time except for two years. We love staying in

  We loved our condo on the 7th floor on the end. We couldn't believe how large and beautiful it was. The corner balcony was huge and beautiful views of the entire gulf. The bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen allowed us to feel at home. Location was great with a very short walk to get to the beach over small walkway from the pool. The unit smelled clean and fresh and the garden Jacuzzi tub was very enjoyable. The only negative thing I could mention is the elevator is very slow and long waits to get up and down to unit.
