Nautilus Unit 1703

Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is the first thing you see upon entering this Penthouse 7th Floor Unit Condo, 2BR/2.5 BA unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your huge private balcony. The 2 bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas, giving privacy for couples or families with children. Getting to the water has never been easier. You will love the private beach access.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sofa and 2 recliners and chair. There is also a murphy bed for sleeping.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. There is also counter seating for 2. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and the cabinet murphy bed in the living area. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks, and a huge walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed. A full guest bathroom features a shower. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door. With multiple units available to rent many families and sports teams book with us so that they can all stay nearby.

We are a family-friendly community – you must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed.

  Fantastic time on the beach with the family, all thanks to a luxury condo with all the amenities one could ever want! For a family of five, this unit had all the space we needed and more. The kitchen is large and accommodating. The back patio facing the beach made for wonderful sunrises with coffee and late night chats with friends. Property management onsite is very responsive and friendly. We could text them with any questions or request and they were very prompt with replies. Property description, location, and layout with amenities were all accurate. We will definitely be back next year!

  Our refrigerator was not working properly 1st day and they came and switched it out. The only complaint we had was the elevator noise and slowness of it. It definitely needs to be changed out. We will be back!!!

  My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway at 1703 Nautilus. The online pictures were very accurate, the condo was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything you could possible need provided, except for spices, cooking oil, etc., which is clearly stated in the description. The manager was quick to respond to any issues, for instance, we had trouble figuring out the remotes for the TV, and maintenance was sent right away. We were close to our favorite restaurants, so that was also a bonus. I would highly recommend this condo and staying at the Nautilus!

Natalie went above and beyond to bring us a bag of ice when we first arrived and learned there was no built-in ice maker. The only thing I would recomment is new cushions for the chaise lounges. Otherwise everything was perfect.

  We had a great time as always. Not sure how many times we have rented to this unit and rented by the month but have always loved our stay. The unit has been newly updated and really was better than I could of expected.
  There was an unusually thing that has never happened before, I always book the same unit for the next year and I called the office and requested to rent October of 2022 and they told me that they would get back with me and never did. I DID CALL AGAIN AND TOLD THEM THE 2ND TIME THAT I WANTED TO BOOK THE UNIT FOR OCTOBER FOR 2022. AS OF 11/8/21 I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A RETURN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGEMENT CONCERNING MY REQUEST.YOU WOULD THINK YOU WOULD GET A RESPONCE!   We love the Nautilus and condo 1703 was the nicest and largest one there. Friendly staff, spotless condo and every small detail was just right. Large bath towels, plenty of kitchenware,very comfortable beds, and that wonderful balcony. Tvs in bedrooms not getting internet despite following on screen instructions but we only needed the working one in living room. Fabulous huge walk in shower was amazing. I would have preferred a tub in other bathroom to soak in but it also had a nice shower

  1703 is a recently updated property and is so beautiful. I’ve stayed at the Nautilus for over 20 years and this condominium is by far my favorite. I particularly loved the electric recliner in the large gulf front/main bedroom. The shower in the main/gulf front bedroom is glorious. Of course it should go without saying, the view is breathtakingly spectacular. I returned home refreshed and renewed. I hope to have the opportunity to rent 1703 again.   We usually go to Mexico, but I found that I liked this property as much or more than some we've stayed at in Mexico. If I had a bigger family, I'd come here every summer b/c it would make more sense financially. The only problem we had was at check in- we didn't get into our room until after 5:00 pm on check in day, when we were supposed to be in by 3:00. Everything else was fantastic.

  We had a great time! The beach was super close to the building. We loved keyless entry. Condo was spacious for 5 guests.
  We didn’t have a broom in the condo. A broom or floor vac would have been a plus. The jets in the master bath tub did not work. We did let management know. These were not deal breakers for us. We will rent again in the future.

  For our Annual Nautilus vacation we have been returning for almost 20 years to the Nautilus and have already booked for next October 1st to the 29 th in the same unit as we have for the past few years.
  The most impressive thing that my wife mentioned is how good of a cleaning job the cleaners have done in our unit.
  The unit is well kept, the office staff is most helpful and if we needed anything they were right on it.
  
  As for me and my family we plan on returning each and every year and making great family memories!
  I can definitely recommend the Nautilus to anyone and I have!!

  The weather is almost always perfect, however we did have a little storm called Michael where we were evacuated for 5 days but were able to return. The view is the beginning and ending to perfect days. We have been coming to Fort Walton Beach for over 20 years. We find it to be perfect for the beach, golfing and great dining. The Staff at the Nautilus has always been very kind and accommodating in every day, the unit has always been clean and very nice. We have already made reservations for 30 days for 2019.

  The Nautilaus Unit #1703 was very clean, decorated nicely, and had a large balcony with a stunning view. It was well equipped with all cooking supplies, bedding, and toiletries. The only complaints were that the walls are thin and it was noisy a couple nights and the sliding doors were extremely hard to open and close. The pillows need to be replaced. These are minor, though, and I would highly recommend this unit and would love to stay here again. The balcony alone makes this one incredible condo. The views are simply breathtaking! You can’t go wrong with this one.
