Unit 2307 is a bright, beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner end unit on the 3rd floor of Nautilus Condominiums, a laid-back 68-unit beachfront retreat on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. With 1,100 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space, it's ideal for families or two couples looking for real comfort on the Emerald Coast.
The Space
Step through floor-to-ceiling patio doors onto your private Gulf-view balcony — accessible from both the living room and the master suite. The open layout sleeps up to 6:

🛏 Second Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk + twin bed, en suite bath with tub/shower combination

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & drip coffee makers, blender, and toaster. Dining table for 4 + breakfast bar for 2. In-unit washer/dryer, keyless entry, private WiFi router, and cable TV in every room.

To ease your arrival, we provide a starter supply of essentials for your first 24 hours:

• Trash bags
Please bring additional supplies for longer stays, including spices, condiments, coffee, filters, sunscreen, beach toys, and personal toiletries.
Note: We do not provide food items, coffee, or toiletries beyond one bar soap per bathroom.

�� Off-Season Value (November–February) SNOWBIRDS

November through February is our off-season, offering quieter beaches, cooler weather, and our lowest rates of the year. Guests interested in extended winter stays are welcome to ask about special monthly snowbird pricing. During this time, associations and owners may schedule routine maintenance, updates and improvements, so there may occasionally be nearby daytime noise between November 1 and February 28. Our reduced seasonal rates reflect this possibility.

🛑 Additional Notes
Camera Disclosure:
This unit has a Nest doorbell camera at the front door that records audio and video of the exterior entry area.
There are also exterior‑facing cameras on the balcony, pointed outward toward the Gulf and parking lot. These cameras record audio and video of exterior spaces only and do not face into the unit. All cameras are on 24/7, but they can be turned off upon request. Exterior security cameras operated by the condo association monitor common areas only recording continuously video and audio, including entrances, walkways, lobby, elevators, parking lot, pool deck, and the beach access walkway. No cameras face inside units.

Accessibility Information:
Please note that this unit is an individually owned residential condo and is not ADA‑accessible. Doorways, bathrooms, and tub/shower entries have standard residential dimensions and may not accommodate mobility devices. The beach access behind the building is stairs only; however, a public beach access with a handicap‑accessible ramp is located immediately next door. Guests using wheelchairs or walkers will need to travel along the street to reach that access point.

  We enjoyed ourselves on my grandchildren’s Spring Break. The condo was spacious and comfortable enough for 5 people. The condo was clean and the extra beach towels and chairs were a plus for us. The condo is also conveniently close to the Beach and pool and several Seafood restaurants and bars. The Thom Thumb was also very nice to have next door. The staff was very courteous and allowed us to get into our condo a little bit early. We had drove for about 13 hours and was definitely ready to get out of the car. Would definitely stay at the Nautilus again next year on Spring Break.

  The Nautilus couldn't have been more perfect lodging for our beach vacation! The location felt a little more private than some of the other condos in the area, yet close enough for us to join in all the beach fun! The building is a little dated, but it is well-maintained, clean grounds, and an updated decor to make for a very cozy stay. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff answering questions before and during our stay. We have already recommended the Nautilus to friends and look forward to returning next summer!!

  We had a wonderful time, our condo was clean and it was perfect for our family of 5. Enjoyed having a kitchen full because we cooked often. The walk to the beach was so short and convenient and the pool as well.Loved there were beach toys my kids could bring that was nice and convenient. We were close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. It did happen to rain at least once every day that week so there were some times we stayed in it was fine, we brought movies and there were board games but the living room dvd player didn't work and our family split up to the bedrooms to watch movies. Im sure we could have movie one of the players to the livingroom but no big deal. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely go again.
