Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is the first thing you see upon entering this fourth floor, 2BR/2BA unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your private balcony. The 2 bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas, giving privacy for couples or families with children. Getting to the water has never been easier. You will love the private beach access.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sofa and 2 chairs around the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. There is also counter seating for 2. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The renovated en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks and updated shower. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. A full guest bathroom features an updated tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door. With multiple units available to rent many families and sports teams book with us so that they can all stay nearby.

We are a family-friendly community – you must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed.

  It was wonderful, our family had 3 condos. 2 gulf view and 1 ocean view, it was so fun to all be so close together and just to be able to walk out onto the beach was amazing. Then at night, we all met in the ocean view condo and ate and played games with the kids and/or sitting on the deck to watch the sun go down. There was a full moon and the light just shimmered off the ocean! The Nautilus condos are updated and Well taken care of and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we are all hoping to come back next year! 5 star vacation! 🥳👏🤩

  Everything, from choosing the unit on the website, to checking out was very easy. The Nautilus staff keep us up to date before our check-in day through emails and texts. We had all the information that we needed by the time we arrived so there were no questions about room access, beach information, etc. The unit itself had the best stocked kitchen of anyplace we have ever stayed, with pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances.   The Nautilus has been our go to vacation spot for years! This was our 1st stay in 2308 and it was wonderful! Great location close to elevator with a great view of the beach from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen and we cooked a lot! They have a Keurig which isn't listed in description, but was a plus for us! The beds are firm. The master shower is amazing! The decor is beautiful and relaxing. Very clean. The walk to beach is short, which was good for my bum knees! Having the chairs and umbrellas is a huge plus!!! Melissa was very helpful and friendly, she even served popcorn one day next to the pool!

  The property was in a good location and close to a lot of good places to eat. I would definitely stay at this complex again just not the unit. Everything was nice in the unit except for the FR and patio furniture not as shown in picture. FR was old and very worn and patio furniture the same. Although beds were very comfortable. Only suggestions I would make is that the shower curtains need to be changed and the sofa bed could use a topper. They were clean but were showing their age. I know most sofa beds a terrible but this one was super thins. Chandler on the beach was great. Office staff and maintenance were also very friendly and helpful.
