�� Off-Season Value (November–February) SNOWBIRDS

November through February is our off-season, offering quieter beaches, cooler weather, and our lowest rates of the year. Guests interested in extended winter stays are welcome to ask about special monthly snowbird pricing. During this time, associations and owners may schedule routine maintenance, updates and improvements, so there may occasionally be nearby daytime noise between November 1 and February 28. Our reduced seasonal rates reflect this possibility.

  It was wonderful, our family had 3 condos. 2 gulf view and 1 ocean view, it was so fun to all be so close together and just to be able to walk out onto the beach was amazing. Then at night, we all met in the ocean view condo and ate and played games with the kids and/or sitting on the deck to watch the sun go down. There was a full moon and the light just shimmered off the ocean! The Nautilus condos are updated and Well taken care of and clean. Fully stocked kitchen and we cooked a lot! They have a Keurig which isn't listed in description, but was a plus for us! The beds are firm. The master shower is amazing! The decor is beautiful and relaxing. Very clean. The walk to beach is short, which was good for my bum knees! Having the chairs and umbrellas is a huge plus!!! Melissa was very helpful and friendly, she even served popcorn one day next to the pool!

Everything was nice in the unit except for the FR and patio furniture not as shown in picture. FR was old and very worn and patio furniture the same. Although beds were very comfortable.   Condo was wonderful! Great location...Bed's were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful for any questions we had while we were there. The condo had everything we needed to make a GREAT family vacation.. We would definitely pick this unit again..The pool was very clean and free floats available :)..
