To maintain the quality established during our 2020 renovation, concrete maintenance is scheduled from January 12 to February 27, 2026. Work will rotate through walkways, stairwells, and balconies. No single area is expected to be impacted for long.

• Dates may shift slightly based on weather and contractor availability.
• Surrounding properties may also schedule updates during this season.
• Refunds cannot be issued for construction-related disturbances.
Our reduced seasonal rates reflect the increased likelihood of nearby activity from November 1–February 28 as associations and owners do updates during this time.

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The actual unit could use a little updating and as far as cleanliness, it could use a little more attention to detail, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The elevator that we used to travel, closer to our room had clearly been urinated in by someone. 🤢 This wasn’t anyone’s fault other than the person who did it, but we didn’t realize it until my little ones had stepped all in it and were back in the condo. There were plenty of linens and towels. The beds were super comfy and the view was to die for! We will definitely book with Nautilus again.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus. The Staff-Linda,Jamie, Bill and Keith were extremely professional and helpful in every way.
  The condo was adequate, but could use some additional updates. Mainly the carpet really needs replaced. The living room furniture was new and beachy, the master king bed was very comfortable. A few suggestions, you need fewer decorator pillows, and more bed pillow choices. Also the closet in guest bedroom needs cleaned out for more room for renters. We really would have loved to have had the use of the small drink refrigerator in kitchen. Also, because the large lock on that refrigerator stuck out on the floor, we were constantly hitting our toe on it.
