THE CONDO

Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island. No street crossing is required to reach the beach.

- Beach Gear, Already Packed for You: No need to haul heavy gear from home - Nautilus 2507 comes equipped with two extra beach chairs, a cooler, a beach tote, and beach towels.
- Complimentary Beach Service (Mar 1-Oct 31): For paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31, COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE is included, weather permitting. The service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. Your beach setup is included with your stay; however, the specific location of the setup on the beach is not guaranteed.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.
- Beach Access: Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island.
- Property Access: On-site private access is stairs-only.
- ADA Access: An accessible public ramp is available immediately next door.
WHAT MAKES NAUTILUS DIFFERENT
Nautilus is intentionally designed for guests who prefer a quieter, more intimate beach experience. With only 68 units across two seven-story buildings, it offers a calm, more intimate atmosphere than a large resort complex.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit throughout the stay.
