Nautilus Unit 2510

Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is the first thing you see upon entering this fifth floor, 2BR/2BA unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your private balcony. The 2 bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas, giving privacy for couples or families with children. Getting to the water has never been easier. You will love the private beach access.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sofa and loveseat around the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. There is also counter seating for 3. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen and a full bed. A full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door. With multiple units available to rent many families and sports teams book with us so that they can all stay nearby.

No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed.

  So my wife and I stayed in condo 2510, 2 bedroom 2 bath with a side gulf ocean view. The condo was amazing, CLEAN and Updated. We were super impressed walking through the door. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready, but within the hour we got a call so we were able to check in a few hours early! The office staff was very nice and gave us all of the info we needed. Easy beach access, pool was always clean and the best part is 2 chairs and an umbrella are provided for you! One downfall for us was having to drive to restaurants. We prefer to be able to walk and have more to do. We found a local hangout called G.I. Jade tiki bar & bistro, by far this was the best food we had while on our 4 night stay. We went back there 5 times, it was a cool place to hang out listen to some music and get a bite to eat! We also tried the Boardwalk, there are several restaurants nice beach area and play area for the kids. There is a convenience store right next door, within walking distance to the Nautilus Condo. Overall, we had an amazing time and were super pleased with our accommodations. If we were ever to visit this area again we would come back to 2510 at the Nautilus for sure.

  Due to hurricane Michael having just come through, we weren’t sure if we were even going to make it down. I contacted the Fort Walton Beach Fire Department and they told me the area had virtually no damage. The drive down was easy, and we were so happy to see everything in tip-top shape when we arrived. The condo was super nice, the walk to the beach is easy and the weather was perfect. We love the location, it’s close to the grocery store and some great restaurants (Asiago Skillet has THE ABSOLUTE BEST breakfast, and The Shack has some great seafood). We have found our new favorite time and place to visit the beach.

  We had a great stay in unit 2510, our unit was updated , and very clean with enough room for 6 to be comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the Balcony in the evenings with a view of the Beach!!

  This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very nice with several upgrades. The view was great, especially from the master. We had everything we needed and more to live comfortably all week. Steps from the beach, which was great with 2 kids.Definitely will book this condo again in the future!

  Fabulous! clean, roomy, above expectations
  I had my mother stay with me and my husband and there was plenty of space - especially having a bathroom with the second bedroom
  it was easy checking in when we had a late arrival. when we asked for a late check out - the front desk was very generous! it was a wonderful surprise to have the each chairs available to us. the beach was soooo clean!

  Family member had two condos on the 5th floor. We enjoyed the very nice accommodations. We did most of the cooking for the whole group in one condo, but were happy with the kitchens.

  The kitchen and bathrooms were great, very well supplied with updated appliances and renovations. It was great being on the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing that wasn't great were the blinds on the sliding door and the sliding door. The blinds were missing center slats which we later found under the bed. Our son fixed the blinds the evening we arrived. The sliding door from the bedroom onto the balcony was difficult to open and the evening before we checked out of the unit it broke. We would definitely rent this property again if we returned to Okaloosa Island.
