Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is the first thing you see upon entering this sixth floor, 2BR/2BA end unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your private balcony. The private balcony features a wrap-around deck where you'll enjoy 270-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound, Brooks Bridge, marinas and more. The 2 bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas, giving privacy for couples or families with children. Getting to the water has never been easier. You will love the private beach access. A short drive away, discover numerous seaside excursions, shopping, and entertainment.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sleeper sofa and chair around the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. There is also seating for 2 on the peninsula. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Two sets of Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door.

We are a family-friendly community – you must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

  My family loved our stay at Nautilus! 2611 was the perfect condo for us. The entire condo makes you feel no matter where you are, you are always on a balcony. We loved the convenience of the elevator right outside our door. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows looking out to the bay and the ocean. Definitely one of my favorite bedrooms that I have had the pleasure of waking up in. The condo is so close to everything and so quiet. We even lucked out with the perfect day to take an excursion to Crab Island and highly recommend Happy’s for the experience & price! Having the chairs and umbrella on the beach each day was a major plus and they even have kayaks you can rent cheaper than most places on the island. We can’t wait to return again*

  We stayed in unit 2611. We had a side veiw of the ocean with a rap around patio. 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of no casserole pan, but we just got disposable metal ones. The office workers were very helpful and nice. The condominium also had floats,chairs and toys for the kids. Overall it was a great experience and I will rent from them again.

  We had a very good overall stay. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were very good and the workers were very nice and accommodating. The main inconvenience was the elevators. The south elevator didn’t work the whole time we were there and the north stopped working on our last day.

  The unit itself needs a deep clean. The doors had stains on them, light fixtures very dusty, garbage under the bed and pull out sofa. Great view and location with beach service was a plus. Pool is simple but our kids loved it. Elevators working was hit or miss.

  Nautilus Condo offered the relaxing experience my family needed. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need and the washer dryer was a bonus. The views of the beach were amazing, when we went in March the balcony gets sun in the morning, rather than the afternoon. I regret not getting a rental car as it is just outside of walking distance to the restaurants and entertainment, but we managed with friends driving us.

  Our stay in unit #2611 had nice view. While some of the amenities were missing or not working properly, the guest service personnel were top notch!
  A blow dryer was missing from the unit... they found me one. The tv in the master bedroom was not working but I didn’t watch it anyway. They were trying to repair it but Hurricane Sally did a number on some of the units. I was forewarned about damages to the unit prior to my arrival. Overall I would stay here again because of the hospitality Destiny showed throughout my booking and stay.
  The big con for the property was the roach issue. They did have an exterminator come during our stay though.
