Make memories at the Nautilus Condominiums which are located directly on the sugar fine sands of Okaloosa Island. The breathtaking view of the Gulf/Beach is the first thing you see upon entering this fourth floor, 2BR/2BA unit which is visible from the Living area, Kitchen and Master Bedroom as well as your private balcony. The 2 bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas, giving privacy for couples or families with children. Getting to the water has never been easier. You will love the private beach access.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming Gulf View living room with floor to ceiling patio doors to your private balcony. Get comfy on the sofa and loveseat around the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the spacious kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four. There is also counter seating for 2. The kitchen has full-size appliances including refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher as well as small appliances such as Drip Coffeemaker (Mr. Coffee style), Blender and Toaster. Fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms . The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide gorgeous views of the water and entry to your private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed. A full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for guest staying 14 days or less. (Weather permitting). We have a community pool with lounge chairs. We have charcoal grills available if you would like to BBQ. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. The living room as well as the bedrooms all include televisions with cable TV. All condos have wireless internet with each unit having their own router.

THE LOCATION Nautilus Condominiums are located on the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. We are a mid-size building with only 68 units and 7 stories with 2 elevators. You never have to worry about the overcrowded beaches that high-rise buildings create. We are just the right size, so it is never a far walk to our beach walkover. We have an on-site rental office so our friendly staff are available to respond to questions & maintenance issues quickly. We have a great convenience store next door.

We are a family-friendly community – you must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
No smoking is allowed in condos.
No pets are allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

  Our experience renting at Nautilus was amazing. Everyone in the office was super nice, they got us in our room earlier than expected, the building was clean and very family centered. There were no loud partiers, I felt my children were safe walking around and no sound seemed to transfer from unit to unit so we didn't have to listen to other renters the whole time we were in our condo.

  Unit 2310 had everything we needed! Office staff was polite upon checking in and provided all information we needed. Unit was clean and well put together. Great view from the balcony!   Can’t wait to stay here again! Great location. Beach access was easy. We stayed in 2310 it was very spacious and clean. Nice furniture, kitchen looked to be recently updated. Only complaint was the ice marker was out of service in our unit but Linda the manager, filled our cooler up for us! We were also able to watch multiple firework shows on the 4th from the beach.

  Unit was a little older than expected but clean, comfortable and fully equipped, even had beach chairs and toys for kids. Balcony was a great size too. Complex well cared for and on site management staff were helpful and friendly. The only down side was the construction going on right next door to the side of the building our unit was in. The building partially blocked the million dollar view of the gulf and there was noise from the construction. Unfortunately, from what we learned the complex tried to fight the city building public bathrooms on that lot but lost and so it was out of their control. The onsite management was understanding and hopefully will let future renters know before they rent the unit. The beach area is large, clean and beautiful and the complex also supplies two chairs and an umbrella.

  We four golden girls enjoyed four wonderful weeks at the Nautilus. Our unit was well-stocked and clean. Staff quickly responded to a few issues we had, and very pleasant to deal with. Great location, right on the beach. Recommend new bed pillows and couch and loveseat.
