THE CONDO

The comfortable living area offers plenty of space to gather, watch TV, play a game, or relax after a day in the sun. The dining area provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals together or gather around the table for a game.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers.

THE BEACH

Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island. No street crossing is required to reach the beach.

Enjoy the natural beauty of Okaloosa Island, where sugar-white sand meets the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. The wide beaches are perfect for swimming, walking the shoreline, building sandcastles, relaxing under an umbrella, or simply enjoying the coastal breeze and beautiful sunsets.

Enjoy the freedom to explore the beautiful Okaloosa Island shoreline. From Nautilus, you can walk for miles along the beach toward Destin, enjoying the sand, Gulf, and scenery without constantly encountering private-beach barriers interrupting your walk.

- Beach Gear, Already Packed for You: No need to haul heavy gear from home - Nautilus 2411 comes equipped with two extra beach chairs, a cooler, a beach tote, and beach towels.
- Complimentary Beach Service (Mar 1-Oct 31): For paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31, COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE is included, weather permitting. The service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. Your beach setup is included with your stay; however, the specific location of the setup on the beach is not guaranteed.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.
- Beach Access: Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island.
- Property Access: On-site private access is stairs-only.
- ADA Access: An accessible public ramp is available immediately next door.

WHAT MAKES NAUTILUS DIFFERENT

Nautilus is intentionally designed for guests who prefer a quieter, more intimate beach experience. With only 68 units across two seven-story buildings, it offers a calm, more intimate atmosphere than a large resort complex.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit throughout the stay.

Everything you need is close by - the pool, grills, and parking are just steps away, and the convenience store next door makes picking up ice, drinks, and snacks effortless.

  My family and I have been coming to these condos for over 20 years- have said in both gulf front and gulf view units and we’ve never had an unsavory experience. The unit was renovated nicely and had all that we needed for the week. The only complaint was that all the cookware needs to be replaced as there were bulges dead center do the skillets would rock on the cooktop and/or were extremely scraped up. Other than that the beds were comfy and it was nice and fresh upon arrival. We love the beautiful beaches and water and the location is right next to a connivence store for any last minute sweet tooth runs ;)! I will always recommend this condo!

  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Nautilus. The condo we stayed in (2411) was updated and clean. Kitchen & master bedroom/bath were spacious. There were a few issues with appliances during our stay, the main one being that the washer had an issue causing a very loud banging during the spin cycle. We were not able to use the washer much at all during our stay. However, the owner has already ordered a new washer and it should not be an issue in the future. There was also one day when the elevator was not working, but the other elevator remained operational and it was fixed within a day. Check-in and checkout were extremely easy and the location on the beach was great. Parking in the parking lot was easy to get in and out of, much prefer this to a parking garage. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Nautilus to others in the future!

Convenient location and the beach access was great! The balcony was wonderful, we sat in it every afternoon and evening. The rooms were roomy and plenty big enough to not be crowded.   We were in Fort Walton visiting a friend’s place and decided to look for a stay nearby since the water & weather was so beautiful and figured we wouldn’t have much luck with finding anything affordable AND nice so last-minute AND on Easter weekend, but we were COMPLETELY WRONG! This condo was PERFECT! We walked in and the place exceeded our expectations from the preview we saw online. It was so cute and clean and quaint. My parents stayed in the master, my kiddos and I stayed in the two beds in the guest bedroom and our cousin on the pullout couch. Plenty space for us all. There was plenty kitchen utensils and gadgets and all the things we needed for cooking and staying in; we even used some of the provided, cute bowls for “Easter baskets” since we forgot ours at home! The balcony is great for peering at the beautiful beaches and close to the road too to see what’s happening down the little Okaloosa Island road. My parents want to purchase a condo JUST LIKE THIS one because it was truly perfect for families. We will stay again and again.
