This second floor, 2BR/2BA corner unit has over 320 square feet of balcony directly on the beach. Enjoy breathtaking views of Florida’s sugar white sand and emerald green waters. Watch the sun rise from the privacy of the master bedroom with two walls of sliding glass doors. You will love the private beach access, conveniently just steps away. A short drive away, discover a plethora of seaside excursions, shopping, and entertainment.

LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the welcoming living room. Get comfy on the sleeper sofa and two armchairs around the 43” flat-screen

TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the recently renovated spacious kitchen, equipped with sparkling granite countertops, oven, cooktop and microwave, and a peninsula with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the two bedrooms. Two full bathrooms are stocked with plush towels. The tranquil master bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flank the space, providing enviable views of the water. The en-suite master bathroom includes a double vanity and an updated shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and intimate private balcony. A full guest bathroom features an updated tub/shower combination. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy the beachscape from the expansive private balcony. Stunning turquoise panoramas of the Gulf and picturesque sunsets await. Relax on the lounger or sip morning coffee at the table. Float in the on-site pool, just a quick walk from your door.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS During the months of March through October, we also offer FREE beach service of an umbrella and two chairs for short term guests.. Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Located on the second floor, this condo is accessible via elevator or stairs.

THE LOCATION Your Okaloosa Island condo is located between Destin and Fort Walton Beach. For a fun-filled day with the family, visit Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park or Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, both less than 3 miles away. Try your hand at fishing at Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier 2 miles away. Dine, shop and play at The Boardwalk. Be sure to stop for dockside favorites at the Crab Trap and AJ's Beach Club. Don't miss fireworks every Wednesday at 9pm from Memorial to Labor Day. Within 2 miles, Island Watersports Company offers parasailing, ocean sightseeing, and dolphin watching tours, as well as pontoon boat, kayak, paddle board, and Jet Ski,

PLEASE NOTE: A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.

We provide you an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, liquid dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Our units do come with full linens, including 1 of each towel per person capacity of the unit, but we do not include beach towels. Our units come with a washer/dryer so that you can wash towels as needed. Our beds are made with white quilts that are laundered prior to every check in. A blow dryer is included in each unit.

  The location and view is fantastic. The unit 1206 was very nice--great finishes, very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (needs a tea kettle, though), 3 good quality TVs (we didn't really watch, but could have), nice master bathroom, lots of hangers, new stove, nice fridge, good dishwasher, nice towels. The beach is gorgeous. The property is very nice--one thing it definitely needs is new grills. The ones there are super old, rusty, heavy, charcoal!

  We had a great stay at nautilus unit 1206. We loved the location, the setup, and the staff. We did need the maintenance guy to check out the fridge and when we called he was there in under 1 minute. The pool was really nice and open late. Our condo was a corner until that overlooked the beach and it’s as perfect. We did have a couple flaws but nothing that would stop us from staying again. We found a blood pressure pill on the floor that didn’t belong to us, a few things needed fixing like the shower curtain and rod, the bed in the second bedroom was very wobbly and uncomfortable, and the unit above us was under construction. But that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. We were hoping the two balcony’s were one and would be accessible from the second bedroom and they were two separate balconies. Overall we had a great stay!

  Had a great experience at the Nautilus. We stayed here in early July 2020. Unit 1206 had updated furniture and modern decor. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and looks out over the dunes with a fabulous view of the ocean. There was easy stair access and we never had to use the elevator. This unit is located on the side next to the public beach access. Loved this location as we were far enough away from Destin so that the beach wasn't crowded, but we were still close to restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.
