This 1100 sq ft Gulf View 3rd-floor 2 BR/2 BA end unit is beautifully decorated. Step onto your private balcony, accessible from both the living area and master bedroom, and soak in the beauty and breezes of the Gulf.

Beach lovers, rejoice! Getting to the water is effortless with private beach access, and once you arrive, your complimentary beach setup (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) will be waiting for you (for stays of 14 days or less, weather permitting, from March 1st to October 31st).

What’s Included? Every unit is stocked with fresh linens, towels (one of each per guest) and freshly laundered white quilts. To make your arrival smooth, we provide a starter supply of essentials to cover your first 24 hours, including:

  Nautilus was amazing and accommodating with our last minute reservation. We had another condo booked for over a year and 6 days before arriving for my son’s Senior trip with 30 other baseball families, our host cancelled with zero communication. My husband found Nautilus and we immediately booked through the management team verses VRBO. I was able to communicate with Melissa and she was great! The condo was clean and spacious and the view was incredible. We loved the balcony as you could see the road and people watch on one side and a partial beach view on the other. The only recommendation I would have is to add sitting space in the main living area. We had great weather so we weren’t in the room much but more sitting space for evenings would have been the only change I would have made. Melissa and Nautilus made a potentially bad situation, one of the most amazing vacations we’ve had. Thank you!

  Stayed from 1/26-3/15. The Nautilus is in a great location on Okaloosa Island, close to restaurants, shops and steps to the beach. This was a last-minute rental as our original rental flooded in December and was not going to be ready for us. The office staff were friendly and helpful. They even worked with us to get in a few days early! The unit we stayed in 2311 was new to the rental market and although it needs some work, it had everything we needed...just not what we were accustomed to. I felt as though it was put together without much thought to guest comfort. With some changes/upgrades, it has the potential to be a nice unit. My only complaint would be that the pool doesn't get much sun and our balcony only got morning sun so I found myself searching for a warm spot to sit on days when the beach was too windy or cold. It also would have been nice to have beach chairs included in our rental.
