Living Areas

Spend quality time in the inviting living room, featuring floor-to-ceiling patio doors that lead to your private patio. Relax on the sofa sleeper, loveseat, and two armchairs while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Kitchen & Dining

Cook delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, wine cooler, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances like a drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster are also provided. Gather around the dining table, which seats eight, or use the three barstools at the peninsula for casual meals.

Bedrooms & Baths

This single-level condo accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The serene master bedroom features a king bed and floor-to-ceiling patio doors leading to your private patio. The en-suite master bathroom includes dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also available. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the condo.

Extra Amenities & Details

From March through October, we offer complimentary beach service, including an umbrella and two chairs for stays of 14 days or less (weather permitting). Enjoy our community pool with lounge chairs and BBQ with our charcoal grills. Unassigned parking for two vehicles is available. Each room, including the living room, is equipped with televisions featuring cable TV. Wireless internet is provided, with each unit having its own router.

Location

Nautilus Condominiums are situated on the Gulf of Mexico's stunning beaches of Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach. Our mid-sized building features 68 units across seven stories, serviced by two elevators. Enjoy uncrowded beaches and a convenient beach walkover. Our on-site rental office ensures prompt responses to any questions or maintenance needs. A convenience store is located next door. With multiple units available, we’re the ideal choice for families and sports teams wanting to stay nearby.

We provide an initial supply of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, and trash bags for your first 24 hours. Please bring additional items such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys, sunscreen, and any other essentials for your perfect vacation.

Our units include full linens, with one towel per person per unit capacity, but do not include beach towels. A washer/dryer is available for washing towels as needed. Beds are made with white quilts laundered before each check-in, and a blow dryer is provided in each unit.

  There are only a few things that you could honestly say negatively about this place. We stayed on the ground level and beside the pool and walkway to the beach, a long with right outside the front door was the stairs to the other levels. I was concerned with noise/commotion with having 2 under the age of 2 years old. We also traveled across time zones and that added to my hesitancy with booking but we could not have had a better experience if we tried! The noise was never an issue.
  
  There were a few issues with the unit itself and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure we were compensated and taking care of.
  We stayed there for an entire week and were sad to leave.
  
  The only thing I would suggest to the next is to ensure all appliances, doors and lights work before assuming they do. Again, they will fix any problem immediately but to save yourself from the hassle just check everything before you need it.
  
  We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone!

  We have stayed at Nautilus in the past but it was our first stay in this condo. We had 4 littles under 4 and this condo location & the layout was soooo perfect for us! It truly made this vacation 10000x better because of how close we were to the beach and the pool. The condo was extremely clean and spacious!
